"After having our home listed with a another realtor for 90 days, with 30 showings, no offers and no suggestions on what could be done to sell our home, we took our home off the market.  We then listed our home with a company that required a flat fee, up front to have our home put on the company's website. The only calls we received were from investors who wanted to purchase our house for "nothing."  After much deliberation, we decided to interview another realtor.   My coworkers at my mortgage company immediately said Cathy Woods is the person to get the job done.
