Cathy Woods is a native of Atlanta and has lived in the Atlanta area for over 35 years. Cathy's been around real estate since her childhood. Her father was a successful builder in Atlanta for over 40 years. Cathy knows Atlanta and its communities, businesses, traffic flow, schools and culture inside out. Cathy holds a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas with an emphasis on social communication and conflict resolution. She received her real estate license in Georgia in 2001 and in Texas in 1992. She is a multi-million dollar producer and a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
